Refund & Cancellation Policy

Plain terms for what you pay for and how to stop or get money back. It is part of the Terms of Service. All prices are in USD; applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Effective 2026‑06‑01

1 · What you can pay for

The free plan is, and stays, free, no card required.

2 · Cancelling Pro

You can cancel any time from Settings → Account in one tap.

3 · Subscription refunds

Because Pro is billed for a month at a time and cancellation already stops future charges, we generally do not refund the current month, you keep full access for the period you paid for. We make exceptions in good faith:

4 · Credit top‑ups

Top‑up credits are a consumable digital good. Once added to your pool they are non‑refundable, except for an accidental/duplicate charge or our billing error. Unused top‑up credits remain usable while your account is active under the credit rules in the Terms.

You’re never charged for our failures Credits are reserved, then automatically refunded if a generation fails. A build or AI interaction that errors out does not cost you credits, the reservation is released back into your pool automatically, with no support ticket needed.

5 · How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your account address with the date and amount. We aim to respond within a couple of business days and to issue approved refunds to the original payment method. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in suspension while we investigate.

6 · Price changes

If we ever raise the price, your existing subscription stays at the rate you signed up at for as long as it remains active and uninterrupted. We’ll give notice before any change affects you.

A lawyer should confirm this against consumer‑protection and distance‑selling rules in pomela’s launch jurisdictions (e.g. EU/UK 14‑day withdrawal and the digital‑content consent‑to‑immediate‑performance carve‑out), app‑store billing rules if subscriptions are ever sold through a store, and the payment processor’s own refund/chargeback terms.
