Refund & Cancellation Policy
Plain terms for what you pay for and how to stop or get money back. It is part of the Terms of Service. All prices are in USD; applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
1 · What you can pay for
- Pomela Pro: a recurring monthly subscription that unlocks the flagship engine, deep multi‑screen builds, AI video generation, and a larger monthly credit pool.
- Credit top‑ups: an optional one‑time purchase (Pro only) that adds credits to your current cycle’s pool.
The free plan is, and stays, free, no card required.
2 · Cancelling Pro
You can cancel any time from Settings → Account in one tap.
- Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep Pro until the end of the current billing cycle, then move to the free plan.
- We don’t prorate or charge a cancellation fee. There are no “call us to cancel” traps.
- Your apps are yours, they keep working and stay installed on your home screen after you cancel.
3 · Subscription refunds
Because Pro is billed for a month at a time and cancellation already stops future charges, we generally do not refund the current month, you keep full access for the period you paid for. We make exceptions in good faith:
- Accidental or duplicate charge: full refund.
- A billing error on our side: full refund of the affected amount.
- Pro was unusable due to an outage on our side for a meaningful part of the period, a prorated credit or refund.
- Statutory cooling‑off: where the law gives you a withdrawal right (e.g. the EU/UK 14‑day right for consumers), it applies. Note that by starting to use the paid features immediately you may consent to begin the service before the period ends, which can reduce a refund to the unused portion; we’ll honour the law that applies to you.
4 · Credit top‑ups
Top‑up credits are a consumable digital good. Once added to your pool they are non‑refundable, except for an accidental/duplicate charge or our billing error. Unused top‑up credits remain usable while your account is active under the credit rules in the Terms.
5 · How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from your account address with the date and amount. We aim to respond within a couple of business days and to issue approved refunds to the original payment method. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in suspension while we investigate.
6 · Price changes
If we ever raise the price, your existing subscription stays at the rate you signed up at for as long as it remains active and uninterrupted. We’ll give notice before any change affects you.
